By using Goblin Mode, you agree to use it as a personal productivity and self-management tool.

Use of the app

Goblin Mode provides local prompts, quests, rewards, and rule-based suggestions. You are responsible for deciding what actions are appropriate for your situation.

No professional advice

Goblin Mode does not provide medical, mental health, nutrition, financial, legal, safety, emergency, or professional advice. If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

No guarantee

The app is provided as is, without warranties. The app may contain bugs, and app features may change over time.

Local data

The app stores progress locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device backups and exported cave archives. Importing an archive or resetting local data does not transfer, remove, or restore App Store purchase ownership.

Cavekeeper Upgrade

The Cavekeeper Upgrade is an optional, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks three cosmetic atmosphere themes in supported versions of Goblin Mode. It is not a subscription. Core productivity and self-management workflows remain available without purchase.

Purchases are billed and managed by Apple under the terms of the App Store account used to buy them. Restore Purchases asks Apple to refresh eligible ownership for the current App Store account. Purchases cannot be transferred between Apple Accounts by Goblin Mode.

Refunds and revoked purchases

Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and applicable law. If Apple reports that a purchase was refunded or revoked, the additional themes will relock and the app will return to a free theme. Local progress and core tools remain available.

License

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
